Showlight 89

The Colloquium on Television, Theatre and Film Lightin~-`~hawlight 89a--was held in Amsterdam and Hilversum from 15-17 May. It was organised by the British NIC panel on Television, Theatre and Film Lighting. Hosts for the event were NOB (Netherlands Broadcasting Services Corporation). This was the third such Colloquium organised under CIE auspices. 'Showlight 89' proved to be an outstanding success with over 250 delegates coming from 27 countries in four continents and exhibitors, in the accompanying comprehensive exhibition, representing the entertainment industry of six countries.
